WEDNESDAY, Oct. 3 *Substitute in room*

1.   Students get Literature Book and new piece of notebook paper.  Full heading.

2.   Take a half-sheet of instructions from CLASS SET blue folders from middle of table. They should return instructions at end of class.  If they need instructions at home, it's on my blog under “Classroom Resources”.

3.   Students read p. 67 and answer 1-8 on their own.

4.   Students read “All Summer in a Day” p. 68 silently and may partner up for the rest of class to find similes and metaphors.  Turn in to substitute once finished!  

5. Work on Fig. Lang Chart

HOMEWORK:

Chart and Mix Up due Friday.
